The AFT Black Caucus Chicago is a network of teachers, PSRPs and clinicians who network about issues in education with the black community. We hold general meetings, forums, book clubs, and more. If you are an AFT-affiliated member in the Chicago Public Schools or City Colleges of Chicago, you are able to join each year. Membership dues for teachers/instructors and clinicians are $20 per year. PSRPs and retirees pay $10 per year. Friends of the caucus who aren’t members but wish to support are able to pay $10 or a larger donation each year. For more information, contact blackcaucusctu@gmail.com.
